Consult
A written view of what to fix first, what to leave alone, and what a sensible next system looks like.
IT consulting, software, and support
Swanstar Traders Limited helps smaller organisations choose, build, and look after the systems they depend on. Advice, delivery, and the changes that come later sit in one conversation.
A written view of what to fix first, what to leave alone, and what a sensible next system looks like.
Web software for a defined job: the workflow you described, not a catalogue product renamed for the proposal.
After launch, questions and small changes have a route back to the people who built the thing.
Services
Roadmaps, vendor choices, and a short list of what is worth doing this quarter. We look at the tools you already pay for before suggesting anything new, and we write the recommendation so a director can act on it without a translator.
Web applications and internal tools for one clear job. You see a working slice early, and the rest of the scope stays written down so it does not swell in the background.
A named point of contact once the system is in use. That covers questions, small changes, and updates you have asked us to watch. Support is arranged in the same agreement as the build, not invented after something breaks.
Customer records shaped around how your team really sells and follows up. The aim is a system people will still open in six months, with one place for the conversation instead of a trail of inboxes.
Practical controls: who can sign in, what is backed up, and what you do if something looks wrong. We would rather leave you with a short checklist than a thick report nobody opens.
After the build
That is when the real questions show up: a field nobody used, a report someone needs on Monday, an access change for a new starter. We plan for that window instead of treating go-live as the end of the work.
How we behave
Swanstar Traders Limited was incorporated in December 2025. We will not dress that up as a long track record. What we will do is say what we can take on, write it down, and do that work.
Advice arrives as a short note: the choice, the reason, and the cost of waiting. Not a workshop that ends in more workshops.
The person who agreed the scope is still involved when you ask for a change. Work is not thrown over a wall.
You can see what is in progress and what is waiting. If the list changes, we say so before we do it.
Access, backups, and a simple response note are part of ordinary delivery. They are not a separate slogan.
How we work
Time, budget, a system you cannot switch off, or a person who will have to run this without us in the room. We start there.
One piece of work with a definition of done. You approve it before we build, and anything else stays on the list.
You can open what we have made. Progress is the software itself, not a percentage in an email.
Handover notes, and a support route for the questions that only appear once people are using it.
A few sentences is enough. We will reply with whether we can help, and if we cannot, we will say that plainly.
